Mushroom Raita Recipe

Mushroom Raita
Mushrooms – 5, finely chopped
Cucumber – 1, peeled, grated
Carrot – 1, peeled, grated
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Curd – 100 ml
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Saute the mushrooms for a minute and remove.
3. Combine the curd, carrot, ginger paste, cucumber, green chilli paste and salt in a bowl.
4. Add the mushrooms and mix well.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
6. Serve.
