Egg Avial Recipe Recipe

Ingredients :

3 to 4 Hard Boiled eggs
Grated Coconut – 3/4 cup
Coriander powder 1 to 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

Method :
1.  Groud the coconut with coriander and turmuric powders with water to a fine paste.
2.  Quarter each egg, and cook them in the coconut mixture until the curry thickens. (Do not forget to add salt.) Add in curry leaves and a little cocnut oil once the avial is done.
