Paneer – 200 gms, crumbled
Cucumber – 1, peeled, finely chopped
Carrot – 1, grated
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped, to garnish
Salt as per taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Toss well to mix.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Serve at once.
Tip: You can also add boiled green peas, lettuce leaves and other vegetables of choice.
