Ingredients:
Paneer – 1/2 cup, chopped, fried
Tomatoes – 4, peeled, ground to a puree
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Carrot – 2 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Add pepper powder, salt, corn flour and carrot to tomato puree.
2. Place it over medium flame and bring to a boil.
3. Add little water and stir well.
4. Add butter, coriander leaves and fried paneer pieces.
5. Stir gently and remove.
6. Serve.
