Almond and Mushroom Soup Recipe

Button Mushrooms
Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms – 20, sliced
Onions – 2, sliced
Almonds – 15, soaked in water for 30 minutes and ground
Ghee – 3 tblsp
Milk – 5 cups
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Water – 3 cups (or Stock)

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Fry the mushrooms and onions till onions turn translucent and mushrooms are tender.
3. Add the almond paste and stirfry for a minute.
4. Add milk and water.
5. Add salt and pepper powder.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Serve hot.
