Paneer – 1 cup, cubed
Potatoes – 2, boiled, peeled, chopped
Curd – 100 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the paneer pieces till light golden brown.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Fry the potatoes cubes in the same pan till light golden brown.
5. Add this to the paneer and transfer to a bowl.
6. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
7. Serve as a snack.
