Paneer Chapati

chapati roti - Paneer Chapati
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 200 gms
Paneer – 1 cup, crumbled
Carrot – 1 cup, grated
Butter – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ghee/Oil as required to cook the chapatis

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead well.
2. Make small balls of the dough and roll them out into small-medium chapatis.
3. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
4. Cook the prepared chapatis on both sides until light golden brown.
5. Remove and serve hot with side dish of choice.
