Pottukadalai Maladdu (Roasted Gram Laddu)

roasted gram laddu - Pottukadalai Maladdu (Roasted Gram Laddu)
Pottukadalai (Split Roasted Gram) – 200 gms, powdered
Sugar – 100 gms, powdered
Cashewnuts and Raisins – 2 tblsp, fried in ghee
Ghee – 150 gms
Milk Powder – 2 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – a pinch

1. Combine the roasted gram powder, milk powder, sugar, cashewnuts, raisins and cardamom powder in a bowl.
2. Heat ghee for 30 seconds and add to the bowl.
3. Mix well and shapee the mixture into small balls.
4. Store in an airtight container.
5. Serve.
