Macaroni Kheer

Macaroni – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Milk – 1 litre
Cashewnuts – few
Raisins – few
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 2 tblsp

1. Wash and boil the macaroni in a pan.
2. Drain and reserve.
3. Fry the cashews and raisins in little ghee. Reserve.
4. Boil the milk in a broad pan.
5. When it starts to boil, add the boiled macaronis.
6. Simmer till tender.
7. Add sugar and stir well.
8. When it starts to thicken, add cashews, raisins and cardamom powder.
9. Mix well and remove.
10. Serve.
