Panchamirtam
Ingredients:
Bananas (Malai Vazhaipazham) – 6, small ones
Apples – 1, chopped, seeds removed
Diamond Kalkandu (Sugar Candy) – 25 gms
Green Grapes – 1/4 cup, sweet
Dates – 50 gms, finely chopped
Jaggery – 1 cup, cleaned, powdered
Ghee – 3 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Honey – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Peel the bananas and mash well with the jaggery.
2. Add dates, apples, grapes, diamond kalkandu, ghee, honey and cardamom powder.
3. Mix well.

Tip: If desired you can use other fruits also. Peel and chop them before adding.
