Thengai Poornam
Ingredients:
Coconut – 1 cup, grated
Jaggery – 3/4 cup, grated
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add the coconut and stir well for a minute.
3. Add the jaggery and sprinkle a little water.
4. Add cardamom powder and stir to mix well.
5. Keep stirring till it becomes thick and switch off the flame.
6. Use this as a filling to kozhukattais during Ganesh Chaturthi.
