Grape Mostarda

Red Grapes
Red Grapes – 400 gms, seedless, halved
Dried Apricots – 3, sliced
Mustard Powder – 3/4 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar – 2 1/2 tblsp
Sugar – 2 1/2 tblsp
water – 2 1/2 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp, crushed
Cinnamon Powder – a small pinch

1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the vinegar, sugar, water, mustard seeds and cinnamon powder.
3. Bring to a boil and reduce flame to low.
4. Simmer till the mixture is reduced by half.
5. Add the grapes, mustard powder and apricot.
6. Simmer for another 10 to 20 minutes.
7. Remove and cool.
8. Transfer to sterlized glass bottles and store them in the fridge.
9. Stays good for 3 months if refrigerated.
10. This can be used as a condiment with most dishes.
