Veg Pasta
Pasta – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1/4 cup, boiled
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

For the white sauce:
Maida – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1 tblsp

1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Add the maida and fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Gently pour the milk and stir well until no lumps remain.
4. Reserve the white sauce.
5. Boil the pasta with 1 tsp oil and a pinch of salt.
6. Drain and refresh under cold water.
7. Heat oil in a pan.
8. Add the capsicums and corn. Saute well for a minute.
9. Add the pasta, white sauce, salt and pepper powder.
10. Mix well and serve at once.
11. If desired, garnish with grated cheese.
