Ginger – 1/4 inch piece, peeled
Watermelon – 2 cups, seeds removed
Cold Water – 1 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Ice cubes – few
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
1. Blend together the ginger, watermelon, cold water, lemon juice and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth and strain to a jug.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lemon
4. Serve chilled.
