Ingredients:
Lamb Steaks – 250 gms, sliced
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
For the Moroccan Rub:
Coriander Seeds – 3 tblsp
Fennel Seeds – 2 tblsp
Sea Salt – 2 tblsp
Thyme – 1 tblsp, dried
Black Peppercorns – 1/2 tblsp
Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients for Moroccan rub in a blender to a fine powder.
2. Rub this all over the lamb steaks.
3. Keep aside for an hour or two.
4. Heat a grill over medium flame.
5. Brush with olive oil and cook the lamb steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes each side.
6. Remove and serve.
