Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced
Milk – 150 ml
Onion – 1/2, finely sliced
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Garlic – 1, small clove, crushed
Spaghetti – 1/4 cup, cooked as per packet instructions
Cheddar Cheese – as required, grated
Parsley – 1/2 tblsp, chopped

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and garlic for a minute or two.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add milk and gently bring to a boil.
5. Reduce flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add the spaghetti and parsley.
7. Cook till the mixture starts to thicken.
8. Garnish with the cheese.
9. Serve warm.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
