Lemons – 5 to 6, peeled
Jalapeno – 1, stems removed
Cucumber – 1 cup, chopped or quartered
Water – 4 cups
1. Combine the lemons, jalapeno and cucumber in a blender.
2. Blend to a smooth puree.
3. Add water and stir to mix well.
4. Pour into chilled tumblers.
5. Serve chilled.
