Egg Pulao
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Eggs – 8 to 10
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Onions – 2, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat ghee and oil in a pan.
2. Add the green chilli paste and fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for another 30 to 45 seconds.
4. Add the chopped onions and salt.
5. Saute well.
6. Break the eggs into the pan and mix well.
7. Reduce flame to low-medium.
8. Add the rice and mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
9. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve hot.
