corn and eggs - Scrambled Eggs with Sweet Corn
American Sweet Corn – 1 cup, boiled
Eggs – 4
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Tomato – 1, chopped
Onion – 2, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tsp

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and tomatoes for a minute or two.
3. Add salt and mix well.
4. Break the eggs into the pan and stir well until well combined.
5. Add the sweet corns and pepper powder.
6. Mix well and serve.
