Halwa
Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 10, crusts removed, crumbled
Sugar – 100 gms
Milk – 500 ml
Cardamom Powder – little
Fried Cashewnuts – 1 tblsp
Ghee – 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Bring the milk to a boil.
2. Continue to simmer until it is lightly thick.
3. Add the breadcrumbs and stir well.
4. Add sugar and stir till it starts to thicken.
5. Add the fried cashewnuts, cardamom powder and ghee.
6. Stir to mix well.
7. Serve.
