Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 10
Mint Leaves – handful, chopped
Garlic – 6 cloves, peeled
Green Chillies – 2, small
Butter – 100 gms
Salt as per taste
Ghee – 5 to 6 tsp
Method:
1. Mix mint leaves, garlic, green chillies and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Add butter and salt. Mix well.
3. Spread this on the bread slices and toast them on a tawa over medium flame.
4. Apply ghee around the edges and cook till the sides become crisp.
5. Remove and serve.
Tip: If desired, you can sprinkle some red chilli flakes and finely chopped mint leaves too.
