Garlic Pepper Crabs Recipe

Pepper Crabs with Garlic
Crabs – 750 gms
Oil – 1 1/2 tblsp
Garlic – 1/2 tblsp, minced
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Chicken Stock (or Plain Water) – 1/4 cup
Spring Onion – 1, small, finely sliced
Salt as per taste

1. Rinse and clean the crabs well.
2. Then halve the crabs and crack with a rolling pin or a mallet.
3. Heat oil in a pan over high flame.
4. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
5. Add the crabs and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add salt, sugar and pepper powder.
7. Mix well and pour the chicken stock.
8. Reduce flame to medium and cover the pan with a lid.
9. Simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Add the spring onions and mix well.
11. Transfer to a serving plate.
12. Serve at once.
