Plain Fried Rice
Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Tomato Sauce – 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 1/2 tblsp
Spring Onions – 2, finely chopped
Onion – 1, big, finely chopped
Garlic – 5 cloves, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3, finely chopped
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Oil – 2 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions, spring onions, garlic and green chillies for a minute or two.
3. Add salt, sugar and ajinomoto.
4. Stir welland add the cooked rice.
5. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add pepper powder and transfer to a serving plate.
7. Serve.
