Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni Noodles – 1 cup, cooked as per packet instructions
Celery – 1/4 stalk, minced
Onion – 2 to 3 tblsp, finely chopped
Oil – 1 tblsp
Milk – 1 to 2 tblsp
Maida – 2 tblsp
Cheddar Cheese – 1/2 cup
Swiss Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste
Cinnamon Powder – a pinch

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and celery.
3. Add milk, maida and stir until smooth.
4. Add the cheese and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
5. Remove and keep aside.
6. Add cinnamon powder, salt and pepper powder.
7. Stir once and pour it over the cooked macaroni.
8. Mix well and serve at once.
