Mocha Frappe Recipe

Mocha Frappe
Ingredients:
Espresso – 1/2 cup, cold
Chocolate Syrup – 5 to 6 tblsp
Coffee Ice Cream – 2 cups
Ice Cubes – 2 cups, crushed

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
4. Serve at once.
5. If desired, you can add a vanilla ice cream and a dash of chocolate syrup.

Makes 2 glasses.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
