Curried Shrimp Recipe

Curried Shrimp
Shrimps – 8 to 10, peeled, deveined
Coconut Milk – 200 ml, unsweetened
Ginger – 1 tblsp, peeled, minced
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Curry Powder – 1 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Oil – 1 tblsp

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions until soft.
3. Add curry powder and ginger.
4. Stir well and pour the coconut milk.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add the shrimps and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and stir.
8. Add salt and pepper powder.
9. Serve with rice.
