Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
Shrimps – 450 gms, peeled, deveined
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Mint Leaves (or Basil) – 1/4 cup, chopped
White Vinegar – 1 tblsp
Worcestershire Sauce – 1/2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp, mixed with 2 tsp water
Oil – 1/2 cup
Bamboo Skewers – 3 to 4, soaked in water

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix garlic, mint leaves, vinegar, red chilli paste and worcestershire sauce.
2. Add the shrimps and mix well till evenly coated.
3. Keep aside for 1 hour, gently tossing from time to time.
4. Skewer the shrimps and grill over medium heat until pink.
5. Remove and serve hot.
