Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets – 2
Onion – 1/2, finely chopped
Cream – 1/3 cup
Dill – 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Cook the fish for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until the skin-side is browned.
3. Remove and keep warm.
4. In a small pan, add the onions and cream.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
6. Add the dill and stir to mix well.
7. Transfer the cooked salmon to a serving plate.
8. Drizzle the dressing on top.
9. Serve warm.
