Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Ingredients:
Banana – 2, peeled, chopped
Strawberry Jelly – 2 tblsp (available in most major supermarkets)
Peanut Butter – 2 tblsp, smooth
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Plain Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well for 3 minutes or until smooth.
3. Pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Serve.

Kids will love this special summer smoothie.
