Ingredients:
Strawberries – 2 cups, hulled
Blueberries – 1 cup
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Ice cubes as required (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glasses.
4. Serve at once.
