Ingredients:
Raspberries – 1 cup
Blackberries – 2 cups
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Add 1 or 2 ice cubes and blend for another minute or two.
4. Pour into chilled serving glasses.
5. Serve immediately.
