A refreshing, delicious and healthy smoothie with mangoes and passionfruits.
Ingredients:
Ripe Mangoes – 1 cup, pitted, peeled, chopped
Passionfruit Juice- 1 cup
Plain Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Ice Cubes
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add 1 or 2 ice cubes and blend again for a minute.
4. Pour into individual serving glasses.
5. Serve.
