Carrot – 1
Cucumber – 1, small, tender
Buttermilk – as required
Peppercorns – 4
Mint Leaves – few
Salt as per taste
1. Combine the carrot, cucumber, mint leaves and peppercorns.
2. Grind together to a smooth paste.
3. Mix this with buttermilk and stir well.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Serve as is or chilled.
