Arisi Mor Kanji (Rice and Buttermilk Porridge)

Rice Porridge
Ingredients:
Parboiled Rice – 1 cup
Buttermilk – 2 cups
Small Onions – 5, finely chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:

1. Dry roast the rice in a pan and grind to a rava like consistency.
2. Add water and boil for 5 minutes. Keep stirring often.
3. Cool.
4. Add salt, buttermilk and onions.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve.
