Ingredients:
Garlic – 6 cloves, crushed, minced
Brown Sugar – 6 tblsp
Salt – 2 tsp
White Vinegar – 2 tblsp, diluted with 2 tblsp water
Soy Sauce – 4 tblsp
Water – 2 cups
Corn Flour – 2 tblsp, dissolved in 4 tblsp water
Method:
1. Mix garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce and vinegar.
2. Add water to a pan and add the garlic mixture.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce flame to low and add the corn flour mixture.
5. Stir until it thickens.
6. Remove and cool.
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
8. Stays good for a week.
