Cherry Tomato Salad
Cherry Tomatoes – 175 gms, quartered and halved
Olive Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Sesame Oil – 1/2 tsp
Basil Leaves – 4 to 5, finely chopped
Mint Leaves – 4 to 5, finely chopped
Soy Sauce – 1/8 cup
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tblsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Transfer the tomatoes to a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle salt and keep aside.
3. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and sesame oil.
4. Pour over the tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle the basil leaves, mint leaves and pepper powder.
6. Serve immediately.
