Maida – 1 cup
Oil – 1/4 cup
Cooking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Rava – 3 tblsp
Sugar – 4 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Kesari Powder – 1 tsp
Oil for frying
1. Combine all the ingredients except oil for frying in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle water and mix well.
3. Pinch small portions of the dough and make small balls.
4. Deep fry them in hot oil.
5. Drain excess oil and serve.
