Marwari Lemon Pickle Recipe

Lemon
Ingredients:
Lemon – 8, chopped
Juice of 2 Lemons
Salt – 50 gms
Pepper Powder – 20 gms
Asafoetida Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Combine pepper powder, salt and asafoetida powder with the chopped lemons.
2. Transfer to a clear, sterilized jar and add the lemon juice.
3. Mix well and keep under the sun for 5 to 6 days.
4. Add sugar and again keep it under the under for 5 to 6 days.
5. Use as desired.
6. Store well.
