Kidarangai (Small Citron) – 1, chopped
Salt – 2 tblsp, powdered
Mor Milagai (Sun Dried Chillies) – 25 gms, roasted, powdered
Gingelly Oil – 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
1. Add the kidarangai pieces to a clean, sterilized bottle.
2. Add salt, mor milagai, turmeric powder and asafoetida powder.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Fry the mustard seedsa and add to the bottle.
5. Close the lid and keep aside for few hours before using.
