Mushroom Stir-Fry Recipe

Mushrooms – 1 packet, cleaned, washed, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Black Peppercorns – 2 tsp, powdered
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Coriander Leaves – few
Coconut – 1 tblsp, grated, coarsely ground
Salt as per taste
Oil as per taste

1. Mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder with the mushrooms.
2. Keep aside for a few minutes.
3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
4. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add onions and saute well.
6. Add the mushrooms and cook till half-done.
7. Add coconut and salt.
8. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
9. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
10. Remove and transfer to a serving dish.
11. Serve with chapati or naan.
