A refreshing summer drink with lime and mint leaves. Best served chilled.
Lime Juice – 1/4 cup
Soda – 3 cups
Sugar – 3 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Ginger – 2 inch piece, peeled
Ice cubes – 4 to 5
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, except ice.
2. Blend well and strain.
3. Pour into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice cubes.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
5. A must have drink for hot summer afternoons.
Tip: If you prefer you can use regular mineral water instead of soda.
