Rice – 250 gms, cooked
White Sesame Seeds – 100 gms
Urad Dal – 4 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 4
Oil – 4 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside.
2. In a separate pan, fry the dal and red chillies together.
3. Combine all the three and grind to a fine powder.
4. Mix the sesame powder with rice.
5. Add salt and oil.
6. Mix well and serve.
