Thayir (Curd) Semiya

Semiya / Vermicelli
Semiya (Vermicelli) – 100 gms, roasted
Sour Curd – 500 ml
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Butter as required
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

1. Combine the semiya and curd.
2. Keep aside for a few minutes till the semiya is soaked well.
3. Add butter and salt. Mix.
4. Heat little oil in a pan.
5. Fry the mustard seeds till it starts to splutter.
6. Add this to the semiya-curd mixture.
7. Serve.
