Milagai Bajji
Besan / Gram Flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Capsicum – 1, sliced
Onion – 1, sliced into rounds
Brinjal – 1, sliced
Carrot – 1, sliced
Raw Banana – 1, sliced
Bajji Milagai (Bangalore Green Chillies) – 1, slit
Oil – 500 ml
Salt as per taste

1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder and salt with enough water.
2. Mix well to a dosa batter consistency.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
4. Dip the sliced vegetables in the batter.
5. Fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
6. Remove and drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with chutney of choice or sauce.

Tip: You can also use vegetables of choice.
