Ingredients:
Shrimps – 8, peeled, tails intact
Tomato Paste – 1/2 tblsp
Onions – 3/4 cup, diced
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 1, broken
Curry Leaves – few
Green Capsicum – 1/2, diced
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Oil – 2 tblsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute the cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, diced onions and capsicums.
3. Cook till the onions are translucent.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato paste and salt.
5. Cook for 5 more minutes.
6. Now add the shrimps and cook for 5 minutes or until they turn pink.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Serve.
