Drumstick Kheer

Drumsticks – 4
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Milk – 500 ml
Milk Maid – 4 tsp
Saffron Strands – 5

1. Boil the drumsticks and remove the inner flesh.
2. Boil the milk and add sugar, drumstick, milk maid and mix well.
3. Bring to a boil again.
4. Remove and add the saffron strands.
5. Pour into individual serving glasses.
6. Serve.

Tip: You can also add rose essence if desired.
