Plain Sev
Ingredients:
Omapodi (Plain Sev) – 1 cup, crushed
Curd – 2 cups
Curry Leaves – few, chopped
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine the ompodi, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a bowl.
2. Add salt and curd.
3. Mix well.
4. Serve.
