Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Jaggery – 50 gms
Black Sesame Seeds – 50 gms
Cashewnuts – 5, fried
Coconut – 1/2
Ghee as required
Cardamoms – 4
Method:
1. Soak the sesame seeds for an hour.
2. Drain and spread it on a plate and keep it under the sun to dry.
3. Dry roast them in a pan till crisp.
4. Add the powdered jaggery, cardamoms and grind together in a mixie.
5. Combine this with rice, cashewnuts, coconut and ghee.
6. Mix well and serve.
