Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Idli Milagai Podi (Idli Podi) – 4 tsp
Beetroot – 1, big, peeled, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the beetroot for 3 to 5 minutes, without adding water, till tender.
3. Add salt, idli podi and mix well.
4. Remove the pan from flame and add rice.
5. Stir to mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot.
