Oats Banana Smoothie


Oats and Banana Smoothie
Oats – 2 cups, boiled, cooled
Milk – 3/4 cup
Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Banana – 1, chopped
Honey – 2 tsp
Walnuts – 1 tblsp, chopped

1. Mix the yogurt, banana, honey, oats and little milk.
2. Grind these together and transfer to a glass tumbler.
3. Pour the remaining milk and mix well.
4. Garnish with walnuts.
5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
